VM's unresponsive

I just got my Anstle appliance and tried setting up 2 VM's. First one uses the pre-built LXC which I cannot shutdown or ssh into via the portal. The 2nd one is a Kali Linux iso I setup and was adding apps to when it froze. That one also does not allow me to ssh into either. Any troubleshooting steps?

This should have been fixed in edgeLinux 2.0 and recent updates to antMan 3.x.
