You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it. Your item just needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you don't like it within 30 days, we'll accept a return. Period.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We can also send you a return shipping label. In this case, when you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The refund for the hardware will never exceed the amount that you paid for the hardware. For example, if you purchased a license along with a server, the refund applies only to the server.

The Antsle two rack-mount servers are custom-built and excluded from our 30 day money back guarantee. All Antsle two orders are non-cancelable.

All refunds can only be made to the same payment method that was used to make the original payment. Should that not be possible, e.g. because the credit card that was used has expired, the refund can be made via check or ACH direct deposit and is subject to a 5% service fee. All refunds made 80 or more days after original payment are subject to a 5% service charge.

Software Services and Subscriptions: antMan

At the end of your current subscription period, your plan will automatically renew for a subscription period equal to your prior subscription period unless you cancel your subbscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period.

Subscriptions for antMan are invoiced annually or monthly unless otherwise specified in an order. Additional fees may apply if you exceed the allotted capacity or other applicable limits specified in the subscription or order. Fees for each subscription invoice period are billed in advanced and based on the subscription or services purchased, regardless of usage.  Any payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable. All Services shall be deemed accepted upon delivery, and the Subscription Services purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant Subscription Term. 

Limited Warranty: Repairs & Exchanges

Systems built to order are covered under a 90-day limited warranty. Customers may purchase an exteneded warranty coverage for 2 or 3 years. For an extended warranty to be valid, it must be purchased before the unit arrives at the customer's location.

If the system is under warranty, and the warranty has not been voided, Antsle will cover shipping to and from our repair facility and repair or replace the non-functioning hardware component.  Free shipping for warranty claims is only offered for customers in the contiguous USA.

The warranty process can be started by emailing [email protected] A member of our support team will get in touch to diagnose the issue. Our target response times are 12 business hours. Your Antsle will be repaired or replaced at our designated service center. You are responsible for disconnecting the server and packing it in a shipping container or box along with any other parts or information required by Antsle. Upon resolution, Antsle will ship the server back to you. 

We can typically repair and return your server within the time windows below. These times may be different on a case by case basis due to to the variety of factors involved and -- at times -- external events like supply chain issues.

<9 Business Day Turnaround

If we can diagnose the issue and replacement parts needed before it's sent in. And, if your antlets are backed up so we can do a fresh OS install if needed. This assumes no additional issues found in the shop.

9 - 17 Business Day Turnaround

If we need to diagnose, order parts, and then replace them after your Antsle gets in the shop. And if your antlets are backed up so we can wipe the drives and do a fresh OS install if it is needed. 

30 - 50 Business Day Turnaround

If we need to recover/preserve existing antlets that were not backed up, this will often require additional effort. We will need to make sure the existing system and antlets will operate with the new components. In many cases, antlets need to be migrated off the old OS and onto a fresh install. If your OS was outdated, the antlets will often need some “help” to get them running on a fresh OS. This requires collaboration between our repair team and our engineering team.  

Components sold by Antsle are covered under a 90-day limited warranty. Customers can either return the product directly to Antsle or, depending upon the item, return the product to the manufacturer directly. 

The warranty will be void if there is evidence of damage, misuse, or modification by the customer. The warranty does not extend to the following: final sale items, software, and items shipped outside of North America. For warranty repairs, International customers must bear shipping costs to and from Antsle and any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.

When items returned for repair are found to be working, or when the warranty has been voided, the cost of shipping back to the customer will be charged to the customer.
