You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it. Your item just needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you don't like it within 30 days, we'll take it back. Period.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We can also send you a return shipping label. In this case, when you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The Antsle two rack-mount servers are custom-built and excluded from our 30 day money back guarantee. All Antsle two orders are non-cancelable.
All refunds can only be made to the same payment method that was used to make the original payment. Should that not be possible, e.g. because the credit card that was used has expired, the refund can be made via check or ACH direct deposit and is subject to a 5% service fee. All refunds made 80 or more days after original payment are subject to a 5% service charge.
Limited Warranty: Repairs & Exchanges
Systems built to order are covered under a 90-day limited warranty; however extended warranty coverage is available. If the system is under warranty, and the warranty has not been voided, Antsle will repair the non-functioning system.
Components sold by Antsle are covered under a 90-day limited warranty. Customers can either return the product directly to Antsle or, depending upon the item, return the product to the manufacturer directly. For single components, we recommend returning a non-functioning item directly to the manufacturer. This can reduce transit time and speed up the delivery of your replacement item. After 30 days from ship date, Antsle will return components to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
The warranty will be void if there is evidence of damage, misuse, or modification by the customer. The warranty does not extend to the following: final sale items, software, and items shipped outside of North America. For warranty repairs, International customers must bear shipping costs to and from Antsle and any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.
When items returned for repair are found to be working, or when the warranty has been voided, the cost of shipping back to the customer will be charged to the customer. Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete refund and warranty information.
