Problem with RDP and Windows

I have a Windows 10 antlet created with Win 10 KVM template.  When I try to connect with Remote Desktop, I invariably get an error dialog that says "An internal error has occurred" with no other information.  I would say I get that error 10 times before I can finally connect.  Once it's connected, everything is fine.

I've tried creating several Windows 10 antlets and all have behaved this way.  Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution?
