Install Virtio Drivers in Windows?

My windows antsle machines are pretty slow on I/O and Network related tasks.  I was thinking if I could get virtio drivers installed it might make them faster.  Is it possible to install them after the fact or is this something that needs to be done upon installation/setup.  Appreciate any pointers for how to accomplish and if would be helpful performance wise regardless.  Thanks.

Yes, you can!!!

Get them from Fedora.

Cheers

So to be clear:

  1. We run the wget and dnf commands on the antsle instance (not the antlet, because that's Windows).
  2. Then we mount the iso that provides in the Windows antlet and install those drivers in the Windows environment.

Is that correct?

Or can we just download the ISO directly (from link provided at Fedora) and use it to install in Windows?

I've installed them directly on Windows on an already set up KVM and I was also able to install them as part of a blank KVM windows installation (by mounting both ISO's)

Not sure about the antsle itself.
