Antsle needs repair, out of warranty.

So, how do I request out of warranty repairs?  I'm afraid I now have a very expensive paperweight.

Something happened to take out one of the hard drives and the OS seems corrupted.  I'm willing to replace the hard drive myself if there are some instructions somewhere, and I'll clearly need to re-image it afterwards.

Hi Jnials:

You can send an e-mail to support@antsle.com to generate case for out of warranty repairs.

You can also run this command to check to see if there are any errors in zpools:

zpool status

If also looks good, you can also do clean install of edgeLinux 2.0 (after backing up antets):

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

I recently did a re-install of the OS on my antsle (One XD) [I accidentally did a "yum update -y" that updated the kernel and it was not happy after that]

FYI - If you're re-installing the OS onto the existing drive that contains your antlets zpool:

  1. Don't delete the antlets zpool partition from your drive during installation
  2. When the antsle reboots and it continues installation, select option 4 to "setup zpools myself"

That way all of your antlets will be preserved.

At first, antman didn't show any antlets, but after another reboot, they showed up.
