Will edgeLinux be updated to version of the OS

edgeLinux is getting long in the tooth, still running a Linux 3.x kernel and an old CentOS. Is there any plan to update this to something modern?

Hi @mshappe

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We are working on migrating to Debian 11 as new base for edgeLinux OS but we do not have an ETA right now.

Good to hear! Thank you!

Any update on this?

Hi @wisco24

I've reached out to our team, and they said there is no fixed date yet.
Our CEO asks if this is an urgent matter for you.  If so, can us know why?

Thanks for your patience in this matter.
