I am after some help please. i cant get past this when i log in

I have deleted all my antlets and _templates but still noting.
Error: 500
antMan was unable to complete your request.
This could have happened because of resources running out in your antsle. Please check your disk and/or RAM usage.

Hello!
From looking at the details, we can see that you have enough space on antlets zpool.
However, we can sometimes run into issues when the root partition (/).
Can you help us run these commands to check disk space / check antMan is running and listening on Port 3000?
df -h
service antman status
ss -tpln | grep 3000
