Only boots into SuperMicro screen

Hello,

My Antsle One used to work but now it just boots into the SuperMicro screen. I can login using ADMIN/ADMIN into the SuperMicro pages but there is no way to log into Antman. Is there any way to fix this or is the sytem completely broken and I have to reinstall using a USB drive?

I do have a valid license.

Hi Satish, if your antsle stops at the SuperMicro screen, the board usually can't find a bootable drive. Enter the BIOS setup (press Del during startup) and check that the boot drive shows up and comes first in the boot order. If the drive shows up and is first, a fresh install will most likely fix it. If the drive doesn't show up at all, it has probably failed and needs replacing.

For the reinstall, use antMan 4, which installs from a USB stick: antman4.antsle.com

One more tip: ADMIN/ADMIN is the factory password for the SuperMicro management interface (IPMI). Change it, especially if that port can be reached from your network.
