Master reset of Antsle XD models

Does anyone have the directions to master reset a Antsle XD?

It appears that right now, no factory reset option exists.

Support helped me clean it up and get it working.

 

I attempted to reset using the docs, didn't go so well, support helped, me help myself perform a fresh install of the OS.

is there any document/steps from support that anyone with XD can follow to have a master reset accomplished ?
