Issue with connectivity, antsle XD

Hello,
I havent use my antsle in a long time and when I finally decide to use it it doesn't work.
tried to load systemrescuecd but cannot get network.
basically I cannot get any network working on it.
I have access to it via monitor / keyboard but also via ipmi ( so it get an IP via my dhcp server )
both eno3 and the ilmi interface are connected to the same router, so if ipmi gets an ip the rest should too 🙂
it boots correctly, except it dies on the dhcp saying it reached a timeout
I cannot find any real issue in the logs.
#/etc/init.d/net.br0 restart
end on br0: waiting for carrier
time out, dhcpd excited
conf.d/net contains
bridge_br0="eno3"
config_eno3="null"
config_br0="dhcp"
rc_net_br0_need="net.eno3"
dont know what else to do or informations to give you 🙂
