Install Java 8 JDK on LEMP-STACL or Deb 10 Templates

My objective is to install JDK 8 on either LEMP-STACK or Deb 10 Template. Any help or direction appreciated.

The challenge is related to Deb 10 which does not include JDK 8.

First request - I need to install a legacy app on Deb 10 w/ JDK 8 so I cannot use later versions of JDK and thus, are stuck needing to figure out JDK 8 install.

Secondary request - I am able to install JRE 8 [2] but cannot get JAVA_HOME setting to be recognized by setting [3] in /etc/environment by this script. [4]

Third report - Found a mention from the Jenkins docs on installing JDK 8 but direction does not work. [1]
