Install issue

ive linked the iso in the kvm/ilo and run it boot its comes up with the screen
install and troubleshooting and press enter on install
afer while it comes up with and like install os proceder no gui
should there be
install gui bit like linux or windows type of menu that comes up
--if i doing this right what screen should i be getting after i click on install
