Importing a VM from VMWare Workstation 14 - no bootable device
I'm trying to import a Windows 2012 Server VM that is running on VMWare Workstation 14 to run on my antsle. I've tried so many things: import the vmdk file directly, converting to qcow2 and then importing, converting to img and then importing. I always get the same result. It imports fine but when I startup I'm seeing "Booting from Hard Disk... no bootable device" on the console. My guess is that I'm not converting the vmdk file from VMWare correctly but I can't seem to find any information on what needs to be done, exactly.
