Hi @cwong60,

It depends on your cpu type. Do you have an antsle one (avaton cpu) or an antsle one xd (xeon-d cpu)?

Ok factory resetting an XD can be a bit tricky. Best to login to login to your antHill account and contact support. I'll let them know that you just want to factory reset an XD.

Can't you just boot from the installer iso in ipmi? Oh, wait, I think I see the problem...
