Love to hear from Antsle staff on the meaning of yellow vs green in the memory widget. After some operations the green bar gets very big.

What does the yellow bar mean and what does the green bar mean?

The yellow portion represents actual ram being used by antlets.
The green portion represents the Adjustable Replacement Cache (ARC) is used to drastically speed up the read and write operations of your antlets.
You can clear up the cache by going to Settings - RAM Cache Management - Clear Cache.
