antsle not starting up -- think it is ZFS - how to rebuild to factory?

after upgrade to edgeLinux 2.0.0 and a reboot - my antsle is not healthy.

I think it boils down to ZFS not loading

root@myantsle:/etc # /sbin/modprobe zfs

modprobe: FATAL: Module zfs not found

I think I could rebuild my Antsle One using these instructions but crazy thing is at this time, I don't have a monitor (only my MacBook), and don't have a VGA to HDMI cable to go into my TV.

I can ssh as root - so I could aim to try and fix it in edgeLinux

Is there a way to rebuild the machine from inside the machine, rather than booting from USB stick with sysrec .iso -- I could download the sysrec image and rollback script.

Any ideas?

This usually happens when you upgrade your kernel.

You can use grubby to set it back to the old kernel.  This will fix your ZFS issue.
