Antsle died, needs repair

I have an antsle one XD Pro and a few weeks ago it lost power not I can't get it to boot.
When I press the power button the red LED turns on but there is no beep or anything. It never joins my network. It does get a bit warm tho.
I tried debugging it by plugging it in a different place, connected a monitor but nothing shows up, tried with a different monitor and also nothing appeared.
I'm pretty sure it's dead, I want to send it in for repair.
Note: I've been trying to contact support via email since Nov 12 with no response, please don't ask me to send an email.

Hi @deini, we sent a message to our customers about our ticketing system having lost some tickets so it's possible that affected yours. Support should be sending you a label and instructions for sending it in and we can take a look at what's going on.
