I have an Antsle One that has been working pretty well for some time. It is behind a VPN, and the host name we registered with .antsle.us disappeared a few weeks ago when about the time we changed VPN hardware. I can still see the UI from https://192.168....:3000. We had daily backups running to the Antsle Cloud service. Those stopped and I can download restores.
I need help understanding where the .antsle.us site went, and what I can do to get it back. TIA
Hi Skip, on our end everything looks healthy now: your antsle is checking in with antHill again, your .antsle.us name resolves, and your cloud backups have been running daily since early July.
For anyone who finds this later: your .antsle.us name and cloud backups depend on your antsle being able to reach antHill. After changing your router, firewall or VPN, make sure outbound internet access from the antsle is allowed. For anything specific to your account, contact our support team at support.antsle.com.
